Prices are per vehicle and not per person, excluding 10% Italian VAT. Sedan up to 4 passengers with 2 large suitcases or 4 small ones, van up to 7-8 passengers with a maximum of 8 large suitcases.
Rates refer to a single journey unless stated otherwise. For destinations not listed, a written quote is prepared: how long-distance journeys work.
For journeys outside Rome, the prices shown refer to a standard route: the exact quote is calculated on the actual distance from pick-up to drop-off and varies with the vehicle chosen.

Per-vehicle prices, departing from and returning to Rome. On tours and long journeys the sedan takes up to 3 passengers and the van up to 7. The final quote is built on the programme: stops, timings and how long you want at each place. Best agreed in advance.

Tolls and fuel
Motorway and refuelling are covered by the rate. No balancing payment at the end.
Waiting time
60 minutes from landing on international flights, 45 on domestic ones.
Luggage
Loading, unloading and carriage always included, within the vehicle's capacity.
Child seats
Van only, on request, for a €15 supplement.
Meeting with a name board
At the airport, the station and the port, always included.
Payment
How to pay
Payment can be made in cash at the end of the service, by card directly on board, or by advance bank transfer. Companies, professional firms and agencies receive a proper invoice, with the option of a monthly summary for those who use the service regularly.
No deposit is required for individual services. For multi-day journeys and long-distance travel in Europe, a deposit is agreed at the time of confirmation and stated in the quote.
