Transfers to and from Rome airports
Fiumicino and Ciampino at a fixed rate, agreed before departure. Flights are monitored: a delayed landing does not mean a missed ride.
The airport transfer is the most requested service, and also the one where a mishap costs the most: a delayed flight, a queue at the taxi rank, a driver who cannot be reached. For that reason the service is built around a single promise: the vehicle is already there when passengers walk out of arrivals.
The rate is fixed and agreed at the time of booking, per journey, to and from Fiumicino or Ciampino. There is no meter, there are no surprise night surcharges, and the amount does not change if traffic slows the route down.

Prices are per vehicle and not per person, excluding 10% Italian VAT. Sedan up to 4 passengers with 2 large suitcases or 4 small ones, van up to 7-8 passengers with a maximum of 8 large suitcases.

Flight monitoring
The flight number given at booking is tracked in real time. An hour's delay simply shifts the pick-up time, at no extra cost.
Meeting in arrivals
The driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board, after baggage reclaim. There is no need to look for a car park or make any calls.
Waiting time included
60 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time on international flights, 45 on domestic ones. Customs and baggage reclaim are already accounted for.
Help with luggage
Loading and unloading always included, with no surcharge for the number of items within the vehicle's capacity.
Child seats
Available on request and at no extra cost: simply state age and weight when booking.
Flexible payment
Cash, card on board or advance bank transfer. Invoicing available for companies and professionals.

Airport transfers
What happens if my flight is delayed?
The flight is monitored in real time using the number provided at booking, and the pick-up time adjusts to the actual landing. A delay caused by the airline never results in a surcharge.
Is the rate per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. Three passengers in a sedan pay the sedan rate, not three times that amount. A van becomes necessary when there are more than four passengers, or when the luggage exceeds what a sedan can carry.
Where exactly do we meet at Fiumicino?
In the arrivals hall of your terminal, after baggage reclaim and customs, with a name board. Shortly before landing you receive a message with the exact meeting point and the driver's direct number.
Is the service available at night?
Yes, 24 hours a day, public holidays included, and the rate does not change. For flights between midnight and 6 a.m. it is best to book a few hours ahead.
How far in advance should I book?
Twenty-four hours is ideal to guarantee your preferred vehicle. Last-minute requests are still handled, subject to availability at the time.
