Car and chauffeur at your disposal
A day with several stops is not a sequence of separate rides. The car and the chauffeur stay with you for as long as needed.
Some days cannot be solved with a transfer. A day of shopping between via dei Condotti and piazza di Spagna, three business appointments in different parts of the city, a property viewing with several sites, a ceremony with staggered movements, a film crew shooting in four locations. In every one of these cases, booking separate rides works out more expensive, more fragile and considerably harder to coordinate.
With the hourly formula the vehicle and the chauffeur stay assigned for a block of hours, with a minimum of three. Stops are unlimited, waiting time is included, and mileage within Rome is not counted.

Prices are per vehicle and not per person, excluding 10% Italian VAT. Sedan up to 4 passengers with 2 large suitcases or 4 small ones, van up to 7-8 passengers with a maximum of 8 large suitcases.

Everything already covered by the price
Shopping with your hands free
The car follows you from shop to shop and the bags go into the boot at every stop. Visitors who come to Rome to shop browse unencumbered, with no trips back to the hotel.
Unlimited stops
Stops happen wherever and whenever they are needed. No meter restarts at each halt and there is no need to re-book between addresses.
Waiting time included
The time the vehicle spends waiting is already covered by the hourly rate. A meeting that overruns changes nothing.
A programme that can change
The plan can change during the day: add a stop, skip one, head back earlier. It is enough to say so.
Free mileage in the city
Within the municipality of Rome distance is not counted. For trips outside the city a supplement is calculated in advance.
A dedicated chauffeur
The same chauffeur for the entire service, with no handovers and no need to explain the plan twice.
Business invoicing
A formula designed for companies and professional firms too, with invoicing and the option of a monthly summary.

Hourly hire
Why is there a three-hour minimum?
Below that threshold the hourly formula does not make sense for either party: for a single journey a fixed-rate transfer costs less.
How are the hours counted?
From the agreed appointment time until the service actually ends. Any additional hours are added at the same hourly rate, with no surcharge.
Can we leave Rome during the hire?
Yes. For destinations outside the city a mileage supplement is calculated in advance and stated in the quote. For destinations such as Naples, Florence or the Amalfi Coast, dedicated fixed rates already exist.
Does this work for a wedding?
It is the most suitable formula. Ceremony timings almost always slip, and with hourly hire that slippage creates no unexpected costs and no rides to re-book.
