The published rates cover the most requested routes, but they are not a closed catalogue. The service covers any destination in Italy and Europe, provided the journey departs from or arrives in Rome.

Milan, Venice, Turin, Puglia, the Côte d'Azur, Switzerland, Austria: for each destination a tailored quote is built, taking into account distance, tolls, any overnight stay for the driver and the driving hours required by regulation. The amount quoted is the final one.

Prices are per vehicle and not per person, excluding 10% Italian VAT. Sedan up to 4 passengers with 2 large suitcases or 4 small ones, van up to 7-8 passengers with a maximum of 8 large suitcases.

All inclusive

Fuel, Italian and foreign tolls, vignettes, parking and the driver's board and lodging are all in the quote.

Multi-day journeys

For long itineraries the service is organised over several days, respecting the driving and rest times required by law.

Intermediate stops

Stops and visits along the route can be added while the programme is being defined.

Documents in order

Authorisations, insurance and cover for international services are verified before departure.

A single point of contact

One person from the enquiry to the return, with no switchboards in between.

Italy and Europe

How is the price calculated?

On the basis of actual distance, tolls, the time the vehicle is committed for and any overnight stay for the driver. A single figure is quoted and, once accepted, it does not change.

Do you operate outside Italy?

Yes, departing from or arriving in Rome. International services need a few more days' notice for the paperwork.

Is there a daily mileage limit?

Yes, set by the regulations on drivers' driving and rest times. For very long itineraries the journey is split over several days, and this is already reflected in the quote.

Can we have the same driver for several days?

Yes, and it is the recommended arrangement for complex itineraries: the same vehicle and the same person throughout, with the programme agreed before departure.
