Data collected
The quote request form collects a name, a telephone number, an email address if provided, the pick-up point and destination, the date and time of the service, the number of passengers and items of luggage, any flight number and the notes entered. These are the minimum data needed to calculate a rate and organise the service.
Contact via WhatsApp takes place on the platform operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy notice, over which the controller has no control.
Purposes and legal basis
The data is used to answer the enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out any service booked. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures at the data subject's request, under Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. For tax and accounting obligations the basis is compliance with a legal obligation.
Retention period
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for as long as needed to handle the contact, and in any case no longer than twelve months. Data relating to services carried out follows the statutory tax retention period of ten years.
Recipients
Data is neither sold nor transferred for commercial purposes. It may be processed by the technical suppliers that make the service possible, acting as processors: the form delivery platform, the email provider and, for conversations started by the user alone, WhatsApp. For tax compliance the data is shared with the accountant.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing. Requests should be sent to sanpietrolimousine@gmail.com and receive a response within thirty days. If you believe the processing does not comply with the rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
Cookies
This site uses no profiling cookies, installs no analytics tools and does not track browsing. There is therefore no consent banner, as there is nothing requiring consent.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts: while loading, the browser contacts Google's servers, which for technical reasons record the IP address of the request.

Any updates to this notice will be published on this page, stating the date of the last change.
